Sunny Hillside

Sunny Hillside, infrequently referred to as SH, is a beginner dungeon found north-west of Grassroot Town in Exbel. This dungeon, alongside Tiny Grotto, Seafoam Cove, Sour Root Cave, and Island Garden, introduces status conditions onto the players.

Attributes

The weather in this dungeon is often Clear, otherwise it is Sunny. There are no traps.

Sunny Hillside has pinkish-orange wood walls with bright, green grass tiles with small orange flower blooms. Rooms are small with pathways often leading players to adjacent rooms. Special tiles such as water or lava are not found in this dungeon.

At the end of the dungeon, the center of the room contains two boxes and 20 Poké collectively from the top left and top right corner of the map.

Dungeon Objective

The goal of this dungeon is to ascend the floors and beat the dungeon for completion. This dungeon is also the first dungeon accessible for players to recruit Ponyta, Doduo, Sunkern and Spoink.

Trivia

• Sunny Hillside is the first dungeon in order of difficulty to offer invisible items.
• Using Honey in the end room will attract 4 Sunkern and 1 Sunflora. The Sunflora is at Level 35 and is not recruitable.
• The location of this dungeon used to have the old Holiday Cave entrance.
• The first HC in PMU7, the Thanksgiving HC, was held there.
