Shimmering Seabed (Shimmering, SSB, ShS) is a Water-type dungeon in the Southwestern Isle in Archford. It requires the move Dive to get to the entrance. The dive spot can be found in front of a dock southwest of Silversail Village.

On Floor 30, there will always be ruins situated with a Sparkling Scale.
There is a midpoint after Floor 40. The Sparkling Scale that is found on Floor 30 is needed to open the doors, which dissolves after use. There is also a Kangaskhan Storage located beyond the doors.
Boss
A Manaphy resides at the end of Shimmering Seabed. It gets excited to see someone visiting and wants to play with the player. Manaphy tries to play hide and seek, but it doesn't work out, so Manaphy instead suggests a battle. It knows the moves Dazzling Gleam, Ice Beam, Water Pulse, and Waterfall.

Dungeon Objective
The main objective of this dungeon is training, obtaining exclusive such as Mermaid Veil and Helix Fossil, and exclusive recruits like Popplio and Panpour.
Rules
- The player must pick up the Sparkling Scale from the ruins that spawn on B30F.
- The Sparkling Scale will must be used to open a door in the midpoint past B40F. It is a one time use item, hence the player will need a new one each run.

- Shimmering Seabed was released on the 15th of March, 2020.
- Shimmering Seabed uses music tracks from the 9th Pokémon movie, Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea, foreshadowing Manaphy's appearance.
- The end room name references Manaphy's title, "Prince of the Sea", in the movie.
- The color of the stairs in Shimmering Seabed have a slight blue tint as opposed to the typical grey color.
- Manaphy dropping a Blue Gummi references its appearance in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, Darkness, and Sky.
